Journal Questions

Write down the answers to the following questions:

1. What arose as I felt into the inner chamber of my heart? What was my best possible outcome? Describe it.
2. How did I feel as my best possible outcome came true? What would be different from where my life is now?
3. What’s deeper than that?
4. How will your vision benefit the world? Describe it?
5. What is at the heart of your dream for yourself AND the world? What are the feelings? The taste? The flavour? The tone? The images?

Get as detailed with the HEART, the BIGGER VISION, as much as you can.

If any doubts, fears or resistance arise, notice and witness them arise. Write down the resistance that comes up for you, but stay focused on amplifying the FEELING & VIBRATION behind your dream.

Art Therapy

You don’t have to be an artist to do this art activity, it’s all about expression! As the art therapist Pat Allen states: “Art is a way of knowing.”
